Information handled through the site

The RFQ and checkout-review pages ask for contact details, company or recipient details, destination or shipping information, product and quantity selections, OEM, packing or document requirements, reference URLs, and notes. Cart data, consent choices, and temporary request identifiers may also be stored in your browser.

How form submissions travel

When you submit an RFQ or checkout review, the browser sends the allowlisted contact, destination, product, quantity, requirement, reference URL, and note fields directly to Web3Forms at api.web3forms.com so the inquiry can be delivered to the review desk. Web3Forms acts as an external form-delivery provider and processes the submission under its privacy policy. Do not send payment credentials, street-address details, controlled files, or information that is not needed for the inquiry. Treat a request as received only after the site displays a successful confirmation and RFQ reference.

WhatsApp and email

WhatsApp and email are separate contact channels. If you choose one of these channels, the message and files you send are handled through that service and the intended recipient.

Analytics and browser storage

The site uses browser storage for cart state, analytics settings, session identifiers, attribution information, and temporary request records. When analytics is enabled, analytics and storefront-measurement services may process page paths, referrers, clicks, search or form events, product or cart context, session identifiers, device and browser metadata, and network addresses. Privacy settings can be reopened to change the analytics choice.
